HOW LONG ARE SESSIONS?

All sessions are 45 minutes long.

DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS?

Purchases are not transferable or refundable. Schedule changes that are requested and confirmed 2 days in advance to the originally scheduled appointment time will be accommodated. Any later and client will be charged in full.

WHAT IS PSYCHOTHERAPY?

Psychotherapy is a medical treatment that uses the principles of psychology to identify issues and aid in healing. In my practice, I use talk therapy and work collaboratively with you to understand your struggles and provide you with the tools and support to overcome them. DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

No, I do not accept insurance.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO THE SESSION?

Your first appointment is primarily an information gathering session. Please come prepared to be open and honest about yourself and your past. Our first session together is extremely important because it is the starting point of our work together. Knowing you and having a deeper understanding of your history will help me set up the proper treatment plan for our time together.

HOW MANY SESSIONS DO I NEED?

For more immediate issues that you need help with, I recommend a short-term treatment plan (a few sessions). For more longstanding and complex issues I recommend as many sessions as are needed. The arrangements and details relating to treatment plans can be discussed during our sessions.

CAN I PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE SESSION AT A TIME?

Yes, single sessions and bundled sessions are available for purchase. Please contact me for more information.
